Ovulation without EWCM?

This is the first month I have not noticed EWCM around the day I was to ovulate, on August 31. I was prescribed Metformin and started that on 8/27. I am pretty sure that this did not impact it but do not know. I was diagnosed with insulin resistance and was given the Metformin to help with this as well as fertility (possible PCOS). Has anyone actually ovulated and not had EWCM present?

  1. Every woman is different. Just like every woman does not experience the "middle pain" not every woman experiences the EWCM, it doesn't mean that you didn't ovulate. If you are having trouble pinpointing your ovulation maybe you can chart your temps or try and OPK.
