  1. run it under cold water for 5 min then if you put zinc cream on it it will stop it from cooking which is what hurts because the skin is still really hot the zinc cream smothers it do not rub it in to much though or you will damage the skin as it is vulnerable and will scar the affected area

  2. err dont use warm or hot water on it, that will make the burn worse, seeing as how a burn was caused by heat and is still affecting you under the skin, warm or hot water would only cause it to make it worse. put an ice pack on it, and in a few hours to a day or so it will stop burning you.

  3. run some cool water on it,

then put on some neosporin or a alike gel on it,

but do not use a ban-aid

  4. if you put mustard on it it helps a lot.

  5. neosporn everydayy!

  6. wet a towel with cold water and put it on the wound, after wards use neosporin - depending on how bad it is, but it doesn't sound like it is... i had my forehead burned once with a blow dryer - it was red and it hurt, but i got home cleaned it and used neosporin and it healed in a couple of days - the skin will probably peel off - important - let it peel off by itself... hope you feel better and it gets better soon...
