Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has revealed he believes the Trotter’s fate depends on their performance in the upcoming fixtures.
Coyle’s men will have a shot at avoiding relegation with somewhat easy fixtures coming up this month. After their clash with Queens Park http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rovers-c40385 and Wolverhampton Wanderers. If they manage to secure wins in all three fixtures
they will be able to pull themselves up from the bottom three of the Premier League table.
The Trotter’s are currently second from bottom on the table, but the Scottish manger remains confident that his side will be above the relegation zone at the end of the season. He was certain they had the quality to win their remaining games and avoid the
drop in the summer.
Coyle said while speaking to reporters:
“Our destiny, our fate, or whatever you want to call it that's in our own hands and to do that we have more than enough good players to go and address that.
We have had a tough set of fixtures, but equally we know there are so many winnable games to come.”
According to Coyle, his side had a particularly difficult start to the season, which is why they now found themselves in the bottom three of the Premier League table. However, with fairly easier fixtures coming up, Coyle remained confident his side would
be able to secure wins this month.
While the easier fixtures are set to come, Bolton Wanderers have to face league leaders Manchester City over the weekend. Coyle was aware that securing a win over Manchester City would be close to impossible, but he was hopeful of his side’s chances in the
future fixtures.
Coyle was certain his side had the quality to remain in the Premier League at the end of the season and avoid being dropped to the Championship.
He revealed:
“There is no doubt this year we have been decimated by the quality we have lost since the summer.
But what we have at the football club is good enough to make sure we stay in the Barclays Premier League.”
