Owen Coyle certain Bolton Wanderers will recover after 5-1 loss to Chelsea
Owen Coyle, the Bolton Wanderers manager, did not lose faith after the 5-1 loss to English Premier League giants Chelsea over the weekend. He remained confident his side would return to winning ways in the upcoming fixtures after the international break.
Despite the big loss to the Blues, Coyle was comforted by the fact that his side had put up an impressive fight in the second half at the Reebok Stadium. However, no matter how good they were in the second half of the game, it won’t change the fact that
the Trotters failed to secure any points once again.
This makes it Bolton Wanderers sixth consecutive Premier League loss since their single win over newly promoted side Queens Park http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314. Currently they are at the bottom of the Premier League table, with just three points from their opening seven games.

likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429.
The tough fixture list so early on in the season has undoubtedly been one of the reasons why the Trotters have failed to recover from their poor start. However, they have a chance to do better in the upcoming fixtures as they take on Wigan Athletic, Sunderland,
Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion.
Coyle said while speaking to reporters:
“We knew from the outset of the season that it was certainly a horrendous fixture list in terms of playing five of the teams that will finish in the top six, and we have come out of those games with no points.
But we have to pick ourselves up - we are now going into a group of games that I certainly believe we can win points from and start to move up the league.”
Having been a footballer before he took up managing, Coyle revealed he was certain the players would recover and return to winning ways. He felt the disappointments were part of the game and revealed why he felt his side could not recover during the match

According to the Trotters boss, the first goal by the Blues early on in the game was enough to dampen the spirits of the hosts. They never really recovered from the first goal when they were dealt with more goals and after four goals, it was clear as to
who would win the match.
He continued:
“At 4-0 down it is a long way back, because their tails are up, but you have to address that, and we went in at half-time and I just asked them to show some pride - for themselves, for the club and for the fans, who were magnificent.”
