Oxtail soup?

anyone know any restaurant that serves delicious oxtail soup (sup buntut) ?

aaahhhhh....another Indonesia question....

I LOVE INDONESIA.....Especially for the delicious food...

Sop Buntut, my favorite dish....amazing....

I first had my sop buntut in HOTEL BOROBUDUR in Central Jakarta. It was beautiful and according to my staff residing in Indonesia the best sop buntut is in HOTEL BOROBUDUR, YOU SHLD TRY THERE AT THE COFFEE SHOP CAFE BOGOR.

I also had some Sop Buntut in Grand Hyatt, Nikko Jakarta and Hilton Jakarta, they too have good sop buntut, but the best i must admit is available only in HOTEL BOROBUDUR.

There are two type of sop buntut;

1. The original OX TAIL SOUP

2. Sop Buntut Goreeng (The fried version, excellent)

it's actually depends on which area you lived in Jakarta.... :) usually the street vendors have the best of everything.... sometimes i feel that they have much more delicious food than the restaurant have... and the price was pretty cheap too... :) i used to live in south Jakarta on Pondok  Indah area... we used to go to Bona Indah complex area to get a tasty oxtail soup or satay... but I'm not sure if they are still there... since the last time i was there was back on 1998... :P

Yeah Sop Buntut in Hotel Borobudur is still the best.. this restaurant open 24 hours. And Sop Buntut in Restaurant in Hotel Hilton is also yummy (now Hotel's name is Sultan, Hilton doesn't exist anymore). Don't forget to invite me to eat this delicious food. ;)
