Oxycotton and Homedrug test Question?

How long does Oxycotton stay in your system, because I did it friday night but only a half pill I think but I puked from Vodka and I drunk lots of water and I havea p**s today, tuesday at 6:30.

MOST IMPORTANTLY I have a drug test I got from CVS to see if I would fail for Heroin(thats what oxycotton comes up as right?) and the label said exp 05/2008. Well its 07/2008 would it still work?

oxycontin would show up as an opiate- as does heroin.  just taking a half pill - you most likely will be ok even if the test has expired. i think if it was way over a year ago when it expired then i would question it. i've given patients a dose of lortab/vicodin before and have sent tox screens on them and it was negative for opiates.  there has to be a particular amount of drug before it is considered positive.

it will never show up in a standard p**s test. it can be tested for. but it never is.

p**s tests check for MORPHINE only. heroin, codiene, and (obviously)morphine all convert to morphine in the liver. so there will be detectable amounts of MORPHINE in a HEROIN users p**s.

oxyCODONE converts to oxyMORPHONE in the body, not oxyMORPHINE so it remains undetected

Oxycontin is detectable for approximately 4 days with the very best tests we have, from a single use. How much you take doesn't really matter.

The CVS test is a standard dip-stick (if it's the one I'm thinking of). It's probably not the most accurate on earth, but it will detect all opiates (it may be marked heroin, but it uses the standard opiate detection). Those kits also do not expire overnight, within 60 days it should still be reasonably accurate vs. what it was in May.

The amount you took only 3 days.  Oxys stay in your system even if you puked, but since you drunk water it should be out by now.  Wearing a trashbag and running and sweating helps out too.  Yes it shows up as Heroin.  I think the drug test is still reliable.  I use to do the same thing before my drug test get self drug tests and see if I failed or pass and it expired like 5 months ago but it said I passed and in my real one I passed so I believe its reliable.  Good Luck I hope you pass, and tell us if you do or not!
