is the oxygen content of a turbid river relatively high or low? what about o2 content for an estuary? is the nutrient content of a turbid river relatively high or low? what about the productivity of a turbid river?

  1. turbid means Having sediment or foreign particles stirred up or suspended; muddy: turbid water.  Plants need sunlight to produce o2, a turbid river would block light to the plants at the bottom of the river thereby reducing the o2 level.   Check the link below for more info on turbidity
