Is it true that it takes approx one month to cover the hole created on the Ozone layer by a Rocket penetrated through it?

That is false....the ozone layer is a layer of gases and a rocket doesnt punch a huge hole in it....the more devastating part of ozone depletion is through CFCs and HFCs
