Ozone for smoke removal?

Has anyone tried renting an ozone machine for smoke removal from cigarettes. Parents have smoked in home for 40 years. They moved we want to try to salvage home to live in while building. Need tips to get smell out.

~~The ozone will remove the odors. Please be sure everyone and all pets are out of the house before using. It is very corrosive to the lungs to breathe ozone! Follow the directions, and stay away while the machine is working!~~
