  1. if you try hard and work yourself in gym you'll become fit! just ignore those losers who bash you to make themselves feel better.

  2. you're going to have to do things you don't like in life.

just get it over with. you need PE credits to graduate.

  3. you can build frienships in your class with others who don't like it either...and if other ppl start to tease s***w them they're judging you based on your apperance and thats just ridiculous they don't even really know you.  just do your best at running or sports thats all anyone can ask.

and consider yourself lucky when i was in high school we had to do pe every day of the week.

  4. at my school they offer ROTC

so that would be an alternative.

but i have to say that PE would be better because you get the opportunity to get in shape, and it benefits you in the long run.

And by the way people in high  school shouldnt be laughing at others to me that seems too childish.

    hope i helped =D

  5. To tell you the truth, you cannot refuse, but there is a bright side to this: you will defintely will lose weight a lot!, try your hardest and your hard work is paid off for the phys. ed grade and it will improve your confidence and your self esteem.

  6. Well,, in high school you have to take p.e...its a require class..im a junior and i am done with my 2 years of p.e...but you know..you'll get through with it..try your best...p.e doesnt mean u have to run fast or be stuper athlethlic....p.e is physical education...just try your best...participate to get require grade to pass...

  7. i have to do gym too nd im really over weight as well.

honestly if anyone tried me like that during highschool i would whop their a$s.

i know its not the most mature thing to do

    but i dont really care.

and if anyone startes making fun of you just say "fxck your life"

or tell them to back the h**l up.

    either way.

i really didnt wanna take P.E. but its whatever.

just do what you can and never be ashamed of your body and yourself.

love yourself no matter what people say

im trying to lose weight currently.

and dont worry; just keep excersizing and soon there wont be anything to make fun of. and then you can walk into the gym like you own the place. =]

  8. Act like a ******* rebel.

Don't run. And just get on the gym teachers good side so you don't fail.

Have doctor notes, even if they're forged.

  9. Just ignore everyone that makes fun of you.

But you shouldn't get made fun of. At my high school, if anyone made fun of girls (ANY GIRLS) they'd be beat up by the senior guys. ESPECIALLY, if it was a boy making fun of a girl.

But really, ignore them because people make fun of other people because they are insecure and want to build themselves up.

  10. that sucks, i only had gym twice a week in high school.

well, hope that you have a friend in the class that you can hang around.

and im sure your teacher will understand and if he doesn't, then he doesnt deserve your respect..so do whatever you want!

  11. Its Simple....Just Dont Do Anything

  12. i myself was a bit over weight when i was in gym too

I pushed my self to become a better athlethe

you have to just wrok by the pain of everyone else and strive for success

find a sporting event your intrested in or join cross country or track builds up your stamina and helps you lose weight

remember never care about what others think only worry about yourself

  13. My answers for you:

    1.  Don't look at what other people think of you.  (Or listen to them for that matter).

    2.  Try your hardest.  In the end, the grade is what matters.

    3.  If you try your hardest, you'll drop the weight soon enough.  And you'll feel better about yourself because you will be doing active things.  Really, you should exercise 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes.

    4.  Show everyone that you are better than them.  Wear some loose fitting clothes if you have the option.  -It will make you look better as you drop the weight.

  14. u fat tard

  15. Keep in mind that getting into a routine of weekly excercise is good for you. And that if you try hard and keep it up very good chance you will loose that weight and those kids will eat their words and probably shut the h**l up.

Also maybe get some nice gym clothes. There are many styles that can make you look slimmer.

Highschool is a roller coaster of emotions for everyone keep that in mind. Even those bullies are having issues with something. Before you know it will be over so live it up and hold on.

    Good luck.

  16. work out so you can be more fit. also even if you consider yourself overweight, during the mile you'll still beat more than half of the kids in your class. because a lot of them dont care about PE and end up walking it for some reason. youll actually be on the more athletic half of the class just by trying because a lot of them don't. those people are the real losers.

  17. I know working out (in any aspect sux), but try it and maybe it will make you feel better about yourself.  Maybe you can make new friends by working out.  And hen you realize that those skinny b!tche$ are horrible  and can't do what you can do anyway.  Quit worrying about others and remember than you are more important than those people.  Do your best!!

  18. if your the manager of a sport you don't do anything but it still counts like your on the team

  19. awww.

have confidence, don't think about what you look like

  20. just refuse to do it lol

or just do as little as possble

thats what im planning on doing when i go to highschool

thats what i did last year too and ended up passing.. i got a 62 but i passed rofl
