P2P Blocking

Question

Hi,

I live in a share accommodation. I am having troubles with my usage; most of it gets used half way through the month. A lot of my housemates have P2P software installed.

Is there a way to block any ports via the Gateway?
Or can I ask Customer Service to help me out??

I am with Big Pond and use a Motorola SGB900, and a MAC OSX.
