P2P student ambassador project fair?

Hey i'm going to a australia with people to people and i need a service project for the project fair. I have done some community service like helping recylce for local buisnesses and i've gone to nursing homes and vistied old people and stuff like that. But i need to know how to do the service project write up. anyone with experience with people to people or serive projects would be greatly appreciated thank you!

try the eagle scouts. It is somewhat basic but would be good to build on.
