P50HDM. My P50HDM has a very pale picture and there are random flashes of white and black

My P50HDM has a very pale picture and there are random flashes of white and black constantly. The sound and motion are fine. I have tried all the setting controls and reset it to the factory settings. I have unplugged the set for up to 24 hours with no change.
