P5GDI fms turning off or not bootting

Question

i got P5GDI fms mother bored and is buging me now i it can load up to windows but turn off

or it turns on for like 10 sce then turn offf

and some think it do nothing at all

the only think i done to it is chagne the better on mother both

but last time it start up the cup fan was going mad
