P90X USERS, HAS IT ACTUALLY WORKED FOR YOU?

And don't tell me it didn't work if you didn't follow through with the exercise program. But will it work if you don't follow the nutritional guide but still eat healthy?

Any exercise program will get you into better shape if you follow the program and eat healthy.  Will you do as well if you don't follow a fitness-oriented diet, definitely not.  Diet is a HUGE component of getting the most from your exercise program.  This question has somewhat already been addressed in this Yahoo answers link:

  3. It's not worth the price.  You can get a similar program called the Fat X program for free.
