Has anyone tried either or both? I am looking to lose weight, but I don't know which one is better and I want to get the most for my money. I think they both are endorsed by Tony Horton, so I am a little confused.

  1. With all due respect to Berry-boy above, P90X is a VERY extreme and difficult workout routine. I think if you are not fully prepared to make some life changing promises to yourself, you have no business doing P90X. Physically and Nutritionally it is extremely challenging.

I see 10 minute trainer as a way to ease yourself into the world of P90X. Your following the diet plan will do 75% of the work for you, and the workouts will just help you raise your metabolism and get a half decent fat burn in there. Once you start seeing results, one 10 minute stint will not be enough, you will want to do two of the ten minutes at once to get better results. One you are doing three 10 minute routines at a time and are hungry for more, it is time for P90X. You hopefully will have your nutrition in check and will be more mentally prepared and motivated for the sorefest that is P90X.
