PACKARD BELL EASY NOTE LAPTOP PROBLEMS?

the guy I got it off said that he had cleared the harddrive but his data came back I btried to clear it myself as I couldnt Decided to put in my own copy of xp this caused a partician and have hardly any storage in fact disc space is full not even enough room to download service pack I cannot clear harddrive or the partician that I have created is my only option a new harddrive? or is there another way thanks you guys

no your only option is not a new hdd, however you apparently aren't very tech savvy, and might be better off to have someone else delete the partition and reinstall windows for you

Boot up the cd when you reach the partition highlight them and press D to delete, do this on all of them, ignore any warnings, finally press C to format the whole hdd, it will then continue to install xp on a new partition giving you the whole hdd back.
