At 140, Mayweather will win. Pacman will destroy 126, dominate 130, will probably do excellent at 135 but 140 may be reaching. if mayweather takes off 7 pounds, he'll be a lot bigger than pacman and stronger. pacman has a good chin and mayweather's defense is great. however, mayweather has not seen a punch like pacman. A decision goes to mayweather and a possible knockout goes to pacman. pound for pound, they are 1 and 2 with a slight edge to mayweather!

Mayweather would win easily. Considering the lack of defense and the wildness of Pacquiao's offense, Mayweather's countering of Pacquiao would look almost the same as his fight with Diego Corrales.

Silly question. There's too much of a size difference. Mayweather is most certainly more polished and would probably win with the jab alone.

Mayweather would take him to school, Mayweather is a lot more powerful at the lighter weight divions, He is too skilled and fast for PacMan, and moreover PacMan not only tends to leave himself open, he is not even the most accurate puncher in his division, he relies on power and aggression and considering the fact that at 140 his power won't really hurt mayweather this fight would be over in the seventh round, Mayweather could very well knock him out.....Pacquaio would not even be able to beat Hatton at 140 much less mayweather.
