PAN Card Application: First Name Problem?

Question

My sister's actual full name is "Revathi.R" and she has got education certificates, driving license, bank account and Ration card in this name.

When applying for PAN online, she found that it was necessary to specify the first name in expandable form. Hence she applied with first name as her father name "RANJAN" and last name as "REVATHI".

Now the problem arises. She recently contacted by IT department to send in the requested id/address proofs in which her name shown as "REVATHI RANJAN".

This is impossible for her. How can she provide documents in this way? Please advise.

I also faced with the same problem.  Show any proof like TC or community certificate with your sister name and your father name both in it. They will accept it.

Once i gave them the proofs they will accept.
