PARENTAL AGREEMENT in NC...???

i have a parental agreement set up to where my ex gets 2 non-consecutive weeks with our daughter in the summers. in the agreement, it is agreed that we let each other know those 2 week dates my may 15 before summer starts. we already had one week set in stone when he got her but he never verified the second week dates. do i have to allow him that second week?? even if he didnt let me know by may 15th?? for her, school starts in 2 weeks & he lives in another state but he wants her the week she starts school. can he do that or does he just lose that 2nd week? her "summer" is technically almost over when school starts, correct??

I would contact your attorney and see what advise he gives you. I would say you dont have to if that was in the guidelines the Judge gave you. But if you think he might have a problem I would contact someone about this.
