My daughter is turning thirteen. Soon, so were starting to think of ideas.

She wants to have it at a restaurant in either Brooklyn, New York or Manhattan, New York.

Nothing too expensive or too fancy.

Were planning to have about 30-60 guests.

More like a night party about 5-9/10?

Children from ages 12-15

What do you reccomend.

  1. talk about SPOILED! if you make this party huge

her party will get bigger and bigger every yr

you shouldnt invite too much people. she should celebrate

her birthday only with her closest friends at a dinner party.

i think its great idea but they will get bored. so you can

move the party back to the house and play DDR or

something. go to an arcade or do aslumber party.

or you can order great food from there and make a movie

night or a dance party or swim party or make it bowling

or arcade thing or eat there and have a dj

  2. Two Boots Pizza

  3. throw her aparty with all her friends and make sure theres entertainment like music and when i say music i mean GOOD music. the stuff she likes and nothing a little kid would have at a party like a clown. just give her what you know she likes and no matter what she'll be happy, shes turning 13 shes gonna be a teenager and as long as the day is fun she'll have a good time. and/or take her out to dinner or something

  4. try a little bistro kind of thing, then you can also keep the price down  ^-^

  5. Tacos Nuevos in Park Slope - Fifth Avenue and 12th Street - has a private room upstairs.  The food's good and inexpensive.  Call them and see what they can do - 718] 832-0050

Two Boots Pizza on 2nd Street and Second Avenue in Park Slope has a private party room;  they also have an outdoor party area.  They have different party menus.  They do make your own pizza parties for little kids;  they'll probably do it for teens (my friend threw an 8th birthday party here - they made their own pizza and it cost about twenty dollars a child - it was a huge success

The Greenhouse Cafe on Third Avenue in Bay Ridge has party rooms and very good food.

I think that thirteen year old would love karaoke - if this sounds like a good idea, check out bringing your own equipment to a restaurant.
