PARTY!!!! help please....?

ok..so i am turning 13. i have know idea what to do for my party. i am deciding if i want to get a puppy because i got one last year for my birthday and he was diagnosed hypoglycemia. it is like diabetes i was heart broken when my mom came home from the vet and he did not come back with her. i want a puppy again but i also want a party....what should i do? if i have a party don't want to spend a lot of money.
