  1. It will not keep you from getting a passport as long as you are not wanted or have any outstanding warrants.

  2. If you were convicted at a court marshal then you are considered to be guilty of a federal felony.  If you were kicked out at NJP you have no federal record.

  3. if you do time in the big house or a big risk i dont think so

  4. Depends. Are you renewing a passport? Are you a U.S. citizen? If YES to one, or both questions, you should be fine.  If you need information on how to obtain a passport, check out this site: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passpor...

  5. not sure on the passport...But way to go you should be a proud father...

  6. if you were released from your duties in the military ? and have you discharge papers, you have the right to get a passport, the only you would NOT be able to have a passort? is ,if you had some charges pending ?yet ,you would know if you did .....and if you had been striped of your citizenship of the US , and that, you would know about it for sure.

apply for a passport, have your discharge papers handy , in case you would have to show them?

i looked on the passport gov.home page? did a search, and did not find any mention for your case.
