PAVLIK vs KESSLER?

kessler is one dimensional but good at what he can do but he did not l**k joe calz punch  which isn't that great .so if pavlik can take the power up with him kessler would be in a fight and he'd no it . pavlik is a good all round fighter that can frustrate you but don't cross kessler of by no means .kessler is a very seasoned fighter with great abilities people are rating kessler on the joe c fight what about his other fights av they gone out of the window now  i kwow what people are saying and i agree.in my opinion joe c hits like a girl with the inside of the gloves and no power, he wins on points or accumulation TKO but it stops you doing your work and that's why joe won. but pavlik is not joe c so this is a different story so kessler as all the Chance in the world and is more natural at that weight. but like i said if pavlik can take up the power then his all round abilities sould see him to elate stopich or close points win what ever the out come i'm sure it would be a fight that's great for the sport,iv read all your opinions and your all right you all av good points so lets see if it happens or not

It would be great to watch this one, two fighters with great punching power, i would say that both fighters are fairly straight forward in their styles and you pretty much know what you would get from this fight, a tear up, the only question mark would be over Pavlik carrying his punch up an extra weight, if he can i might just give him a slight edge on power but there wouldnt be much in it as Kessler is an out an out banger as well. I think this fight would be a 50/50 fight in my eyes whoever gets the big shot of first may well take it, i think i would slightly favour Pavlik but there really isnt much in it in my eyes.

This would be a great fight, you cant take too much away from Kessler in loosing against Calzaghe, after all he is now the pound for pound king of boxing. Pavlik would stand in front of Kessler and trae. I cant pick a winner but anyone who thinks Pavlik would destroy Kessler know jack about boxing!

I am a huge Kelly Pavlik fan but I have to say that Mikkel Kessler scares me.  One look at him and you can tell he is naturally a big super middleweight.  Pavlik is a come forward type of boxer,  unlike Calzaghe who was able to stay away from Kessler's power, I think that Pavlik would eat a lot of leather from Kessler.  I think that this would be a very close fight but I would have to give a slight edge to Kessler.

it would be a terrific fight....calzaghe struggled with kessler but deserved to win....i think pavlik's versatility and power from his right would be way to much for kessler....10th round KO....

Pavlik would destroy kessler. If you saw the calzaghe fight kessler was too intimidated by calzaghe's punches and stayed away from him the whole fight causing him to lose bad on points. Calzaghe is not a strong puncher and if he could back up kessler and make him scared the whole fight someone like pavlik with real punching power would massacre him.
