PAVLOVA without lemon juice???

I have no lemon/juice.

Can I make pavlova with Orange juice, Grapefruit juice, or is it that important anyway???

lemon juice is used for the acidity and not for taste. other juices would DEFINITLEY ruin it. most people use vinegar instead of lemon juice anyway tastes exactly the same!
