PAYPAL! Unverified account?

Question

Can you still purchase items if your account isn't verified and the item I'm buying is not from ebay. Is there a spending limit?

1)  You can make a purchase even though your PayPal Account is not verified. It is not necessary to verify your PayPal account.

2)  You can pay with unverified PayPal Account even though you are not buying from eBay.

3)  Sorry I am not able to reply you on this question as I do not use PayPal to buy items. I only use PayPal to receive money from buyers.

Yes, you are able to purchase using paypal even if your account is unverified, the only way you wouldn't be able to is if the seller required it to be verified,,
