PAradigm ps-1000 subwoofer. Powered subwoofer. When i plug it in it will power on and then turn

Question

Powered subwoofer. When i plug it in it will power on and then turn off right away with no further signs of life. I have replaced the fuse a couple of times but this time it did not help. Does it sound like the power supply is bad or transformer??? Do you have any suggestions on where I can get parts for the paradigm subwoofer. Let me know.
