PC Backup doesn't work with Windows Vista

I just bought a new laptop with Windows Vista but I got an error message (1628 failed to complete installation) when I tried to load PC Backup on it. I have never used this program before and bought it about a year ago but never installed it on the old computer. Can I get this software to work now?
