what are you trying to achieve with this deck??? im not seeing any real strategy here. but destiny heros tend to go good with the cards that come in the phantom darkness series. look up the dark armed return deck.

i dont think you need the solemns, they could go for x2 bottomless and lightning vortex maybe?? u dont need then cos PC is menna be kinda speedy and solemn with monarch should be put with a more control build. maybe ditch mind crush or another card for 2nd ROTA?? and you dont need spirit reaaper - ditch him for another dd crow.
