PC Problem! Help Plz!?

After i resetting my video card, my pc not working, when i turned it on the power LED is on but i dont hear any beep, the fan is not working and the monitor screen not displaying any image, pls help me!

computers are complicated. some times even the static wont let the start. i dont know how new it is or how new is the bios. before you try anything try to start the pc go to bios and see if it registered there. if you can see the name of the video card there that means a lot of things one is that the card can not "work" with the processor or you did not register this right. the most of the times when you do wrong installation for details it wont work. so try to see the compatibility with the mother board and  if is ok then unplug it start the pc check the bios update it and then keep going. if you are not experienced doing it it is much better to go to a technician. if not then you might "burn" the mother board ,the card or even the processor. good luck
