PC Suite wont recognize my Sony Ericcson w910i?

Question

I had a Sony Ericsson W910i & had the "operation failed" problem.. so i gav it to the customer care centre, and he updated the phone and gave me !

And now when im trying to connect it with the PC Suite.. its not showing & my comp says unrecognized USB Device !

I tried reinstalling the PC Suite & Driers too, but still having the same problem..

Im very much frustrated with this !

Plz help, i need to backup my messages , contacts !

so you have vista becasue i had the same problem almost i dont think vista like the PC suite that much
