PC question, and I think teens would know the answer:?

I have Grand Theft Auto Vice City for the computer, and in the instuctions for the mission it says use the scroll wheel on the mouse and numlock and I'm on a laptop sound I don't have either, what do I do? Please don't say I need to buy a regular keyboard and mouse!

Ive never played, so this is just a guess but..

on the options menu there should be a section for controls, and you can alter them to become things that you do have on your laptop.

All laptops have have numlock and can scroll. Hold down the right and left click and go up and down on your touchpad to scroll. Usually you have to press the fn key and another f(number) key. The letter keys that have little numbers on the as well the letters are the keys your supposed to use.
