Question:

PC won't recognise videocam

I can't get the PC to recognise the videocam.I've got everything connected as shown in the manual.Also, sometimes the USB lead starts to warm up (sometimes it doesn't - don't know why) which must be wrong. I pull the lead out when this happens.
