PCB gives go-ahead to Vigilance and Security Division – Cricket News Update
http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 Cricket Board (PCB) has passed a decree to set up a ‘Vigilance and Security Division’ in a bid to counter corruption and monitor the security situation. This step has been taken in the wake of the spot-fixing scandal which has resulted in imprisonment
of the three talented Pakistani cricketers and humiliation of the board.
A PCB official statement told, “The division will be responsible for monitoring and managing issues related to corruption and security.”

The Division will oversee the on-field and off-field activities of the players of both national and domestic teams so that they can be prevented from indulging in any sort of corrupt practices. Along with players, their agents and promoters will also be
monitored. Moreover, the new wing will arrange training and teaching programs for the young cricketers to impart them the rules and regulations of international cricket.
