The Pakistan Cricket Board officials on Sunday expressed satisfaction over the arrangements for their national team’s tour of India later this month.
The Pakistan cricket team is scheduled to tour the eastern neighbours for three One Day Internationals and two T20 Internationals between December 25 and January 6 next year. This will be the first series between the archrivals in five years.
A four-member Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) delegation, including a senior official from ministry of interior, returned home over the weekend after inspecting the five venues for the much-anticipated ODI and T20 matches between India and Pakistan.

"India is eagerly waiting to host the Pakistan team," PCB spokesman http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Nadeem-Sarwar-c78422, who also accompanied the delegation, told media reporters on his return. "We are satisfied with the arrangements put in place and hope that it will be a fantastic series," he went on to add.
Sarwar further said that Pakistan expects the best security arrangements for their players from the BCCI and the Indian government.
"What we expect is fool-proof security for our players, and we expect that the capability that these cities have will provide that. A visa policy is also announced so it will be a great series," said the PCB spokesman.
The cricketing ties between India and Pakistan have been on hold since 2008, when the BCCI refused to send its players to Pakistan for a scheduled series in the aftermath of the deadly http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 toured India, and on Pakistan soil it dates back to January 2006.
Despite being Pakistan’s turn to host a series between the two countries, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) agreed to send its national team to India to prove how serious they are to resume cricketing ties with their archrivals.
The Pakistan cricket team will arrive in Bangalore on December 22, and will kick start the itinerary with a T20 International against the hosts at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium two days later. The second and final T20I of the short series will be played in Ahmedabad on December 27, and will be followed by ODI encounters between the two outfits in Chennai (December 30), Kolkata (January 3) and New http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Delhi-c780 (January 6).
