PCB should take http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Shoaib-Akhtar-c90080 – Cricket News Update
Shoaib Akhtar, the former http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 speedster, is not happy with the current lot of fast bowlers in the country and urged the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to take help from former Test captain, Imran Khan, in order to hunt for talent.
The country is known in the world of cricket for producing high quality fast bowlers. The Green Shirts however, have been struggling in this department since the ban imposed on http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mohammad-Asif-c1993, who were considered to be the finest new ball
pair in the world.

The Rawalpindi Express said that the young fast bowlers are talented and have done well on a number of occasions but they are not up to the level of matching the brilliance of some legends like http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Waqar-Younis-Maitla-c96193.
Akhtar admits that the country has a lot of talent but the PCB must search for skilful youngsters and groom them for the future.
"The current lot of bowlers is good, but not as good as what we are known for in our strong history of fast bowling," he said. "I always hear that we have talent, but what more important is to hunt that talent. Unfortunately, we are struggling in fast bowling
for the last one and half years."
Shoaib has the utmost respect for the former World Cup winning captain, Imran Khan, who he believes, has the ability to judge talent. The former fast bowler asked PCB to take the legendary cricketer’s help.
"I prefer if PCB call Imran Khan at least for one day. That will make a difference. He has that eye to spot the talent and it will be ideal if Imran can take out some time," he added.
It is highly unlikely that Imran will take time out for cricket as he happens to be the most popular political figure in the country and has his own obligations.
