My sister in law has PCOS, and one of her ovary has been removed. Doctor said her chance of getting pregnant is very slim to none.

My brother in law really wants a baby, so they are actively trying and still have not lost hope.

I am just wondering how many of you has been diagnosed with PCOS, and had no problems getting pregnant? Thank you
