PCs or laptops, I need a new one but don't know where to start?

Havent got a clue what to compare or how to tell which is best value (UK) ...what should I be looking at?

answer is laptops is the best now a days cause it is handy u can take it anywhere it got wifi+in built bluetooth+inbuilt web cam and also comes  with higher configuration so why buy the pc's u can take example of mine cause i also got the LG XNOTE ED500 it is very best with cheaper value so go and buy like mine one dont be confuse buy either LG DELL HP LENOVO thats it dont go out of that..but do remember buying laptop is not waste of money it is investment
