PDA off Ebay?

I am looking to buy a PDA on Ebay, or one with a good keyboard for texting. I have sprint <yuck> and a Razr <double yuck>. Do I buy one that is Sprint compatible with or without a contract? has anyone done this and had a hard time? Any advice?

First and most important suggestion: ditch Sprint. You are far better off with Verizon, but AT&amp;T isn&#039;t the worst alternative.

Second, eBay is a big gamble and you&#039;re better off buying a refurbished phone through the service provider if you want to save some money. However, a trustworthy seller or two still exist so if you can find them and completely feel comfortable with their feedback, buy from them.
