PEASE HELP..when did u stop taking c**p from your parents?lol

not that im a spoiled kid or w/e but there is some unfair and unreasonable treatment.....my mom for example is practically forcing me to cut my hair,its long,but shes acting like i can be confused for a girl,or that is "unmanly".....i do my chores,bring home the grades,do what they say,NEVER get in trouble,but the only thing i refuse to do(cut hair) is being a problem....damnit,lol

so when did u stop takin c**p?

btw-its shoulder length,and im 16,HS junior in september

Parents are always like this and because you do everything they want they expect you to continue acting this way. Just tell them your not cutting it. Its your hair after all. What's she going to do drag you somewhere to get it cut.

Besides its not that long by the sounds of it.

I stopped taking c**p from my parents when I was 16. I was like you and my parents drove me nuts....

Oh and I know tons of people that have jobs with hair longer than yours...

i stopped taking c**p from my parents when i turned 13 and realized that they weren't the heroes that i had made them out to be.  for the most part they leave me alone and i tune them out.

and it's so unfair that she is making you cut your hair.  i'm a girl and i've always kept my hair long.  i'm kind of attatched to it (lol) that way.

Some parents think it is ok for their boys to have long hair; others don't like it at all and refuse for them to have long hair.  In the end, until you are 18 or on your own, you really have to follow what your parents say.  After that, you can grow it until it follows you wherever you walk, if you want to.  Try to get a job with hair that long.
