I do not see a master control reset. I have unplugged it and re-plugged it. I opened it yesterday and nothing seems to be loose. There is not a wire going to the pre amp out. I can hear it humm if you turn it up really loud, but nothing when you plug the instrument or any cord into any one of the 3 jacks in front.
