  1. I'm not from England, but did live on the Mexican border for 5 years when we lived in Texas.  And, I visited Cozumel just last month.

    Mexican people are no better or worse than any others.  You'll find a few that you really wish you had not come across.  But you'll also find the overwhelming majority are wonderful!
