  1. Depends in you want it simple (just with paper) or with different things. Anyhow if u want paper u keep folding it make it like an accordeon grab the original "horizontal" side and open the opposite side of this "horizontal" side you chose and start moving it. There's your fan.

If you want more complex: http://www.ehow.com/how_16353_make-paper...

  2. Here are the steps in making a paper fan.

Step 1  Start with an 8-inch by 10-inch piece of paper.

Step 2  Fold a horizontal edge of the paper into a 1-inch section. The fold should face upward.

Step 3  Flip the paper so that the folded part is underneath the rest of the sheet.

Step 4  Fold a 1-inch section of the paper upward so that the crease is now lying on top of the rest of the sheet.

Step 5  Flip the paper so that the crease is underneath and fold again. It looks as if you're making an accordion.

Step 6  Repeat these steps, folding and flipping, until you have folded the entire sheet of paper.

Step 7  Pinch one of the long sides together at the edge.

Step 8  Hold the pinched edge, open up the folds on the other end, and you now have a fan.

Step 9  Staple the pinched end together to increase the durability of the fan.

By the way, copying and pasting an answer is not cheating per se, as long as one cites his / her source.  Otherwise, one is guilty of plagiarism.

And oh, you might as well work on posting your question in proper English as this will make it easier for people to understand what you mean.

  3. I'm not sure if it's what you have in mind, but when I was little, I always took a piece of paper and folded it like an accordian, and then pinched it all together on one side of it so that it made a sort of handle, while the rest of it was fanned out.
