so after the new updates i still see advertisements for companies that sell gold in runescape how exactly can they do that with the new updates adn everything?

There was an article on this recenly, Slashdot or something. basically theres severalt thousand Chinese who jsut go out n make loads of gold through traidng, fishing, hiunting, adventuring etc, then sell it on through PayPal, summit liek half a billion per year industtry (rReal money)

a freind of mine tried this, he gave them his password stayed off for a day and then he had 5 mil. from what i know they just skill or do something weid to make money

First of all, I don't recommend doing it, but heres the answer.

They farm the gold directly on your account. What they do is auto cut logs/fish sharks/ automine on your account. There is a very high risk of them catching you and your account getting banned that is why I wouldnt recommend it.
