PERIOD OR NOT????????

So I was supposed to start my period today but i haven't had any cramps and just a very little bit of light brown come out then stop i don't even feel like i'm about to start but i'm itching down there really bad also whats going on? my cycles are 35 days long

Hard to say.  Itch has nothing to do with pregnancy... sounds like a yeast infection.  Why you don't have your period?  Hopefully you're pregnant but it could be zillions of things.  You just have to wait and take the test... I know, I know...

is there any foul odor with the itching, burning? that could be some type of std or it could be a yeast infection. some women get yeast infections when they become pregnant and throughout pregnancy. the spotting could be implantation bleeding, when was your day of ovulation? your Ph balance could've been thrown off if you use douches or you may be allergic to the type of soap you use or laundry detergent. either way honey go to the doctor and they will test your urine for pregnancy hormones and check your v****a for any type of infection.
