PF Chang's Bistro: Anyone been there??

It sounds like a nice place to get some good Chinese food but the reviews say "upscale" Chinese cuisine and was wondering, if you've been there or just know, is it a casual or semi formal dress that is usually worn here?? I don't want to feel out of place or stand out.

  1. My friend is the manager in my local PF Chang's and my brother is a waiter there so I go often (I don't pay) I always dress in nice pants or a cute skirt with a blouse. They have a great wine menu if you like wine but be aware some of the wines are as high as $1,000.00 A BOTTLE. Yes you read that right...lol...haven't tried it though.

  2. its nasty !!

  3. Yes- Great restaurant, I would do semi formal. You could do even do dark denim and a dressy top

Not your average jeans and t-shirt hangout!

  4. It's a very good Chinese Restaurant.  Good food and good drinks.  It is a nice restaurant but it isn't too crazy upscale.  I'd say it's something like Olive Garden.  No sweatpants or anything.

  5. I've been to PF changs I usually wear a nice pair of jeans or pants and a cute top or sweater.

I suggest you try the sesame chicken, and asian lettuce wraps!

  6. It is super good, but it is a semi nice restaurant... wear a dress or something business casual.

  7. they have really good food, its worth it to go there. just dont go in ripped jeans and a tube top and it'll be fine.  wear something you would wear in front of a boyfriends parents, just to be safe

  8. I would say it is casual dress. I was not impressed with my visit. The food was so-so and one cup of tea was like $3.00. All in all, I found them to be a little pricey and bland.

  9. It is a nice restaurant with "Americanize Chinese", I would say on the same level as Brio or Cheesecake Factory, so a dress is not necessary, but khakis or a skirt would be fine.
