PHONE BROKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

OK MT PANTECH DUO BROKE BEFORE AND THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE AND YESTERDAY IT BROKE AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPEN AS BEFORE THE SCREEN IS BLANK BUT THE PROBLEM IS AWHILE BACK I DROPPED IT IN WATER....WHAT CAN I DO IM TIRED OF THE PANTECH DUO IT SUCKS I WANT A WHOLE DIFFERENT PHONE

Unfortunately, you are not the only person that has trouble with the Pantech Duo.  A buddy of mine has one and he has been through quite a few. They eventually gave him a brand new one, but he still has so much trouble with it.  I suggest being consistent & persistent until they comply to hopefully switch your phone out for a different make/model.  If not, based on your issue, I think it is very possible you could get out of your contract without paying the early termination fee, because obviously AT&T is not holding up their end of the contract.

tell them you gave it a try but with 2 phones breaking the same way you don't want that phone you want ..what ever you decide. some areas have a lemon law like WI where i am from. 3 times something doesn't work you get your money back or a different item. some companies you have to be firm with to get what you have coming sometimes. I wouldn't get the same phone again. it's sounds like a bad phone.
