PHONE SAYS "OUT OF RANGE" WHILE IT IS...

pHONE IS A GE 28111EE2-A and 1 or 4 hooked up on same line. They have all worked beautifully for over 1 year. I have checked all lines and the others work fine still despite this single phone reporting out of range. Any suggestions?Will
