PHOTO OF MISSING CHILD! Help?

I'm not positive, but I think I have a picture of a missing child and information on where the child would be. But it is small and when I try to enlarge it, the picture becomes blurry. How do I fix this so I can send it to the missing child hot-line?

There is no way to enlarge the photo without getting it blurry because you are trying to get the information that doesn't exists in that file that's why you can't fix it.

i am sure they will be able to enlarge it themselves
