I have Photoshop CS3 Extended. How would i do this in photoshop?

okkk well its really easy, but idk if ur ready for that level of photoshopping. i could give u the step-by step (im becoming a graphic designer) but if u were new to photoshop, itd be WAY to hard for u......so it depends on if ur good at it and know all the buttons/effects and stuff.

it is abit hard for an amature as i think that it is a combination of many things,the background,the text and others so you may not find it in one tutorial
